Which is what we call hide-and-seek in Chinese. Drew started playing it with the girls more than a week ago, and they're still going strong. Evidently, the girls alternate between the same two places so Drew has to put on a bit of a show. Yesterday I alerted G to a new place and, though she couldn't be seen from the hallway or bedrooms, she was exposed on the side facing me so she held her hands up in front of her eyes in order to "hide" herself. Or at least that's the meaning that I attach to it. If I hadn't been nursing Z – that's actually G in the picture –, I might have tried dashing for the camera.
