Another Visit

G changed locations this weekend, to Shiao YeePoh's in a suburb of Taipei, the capital city. She got to spend the evening with her cousin, who's 10 mos younger than X. Apparently the two got on very well together, it probably also helps that G has experience with little boys. :)

Relatives

G attended Shiao Bao JioJio's wedding reception – they were actually married 2-3 years ago – on Sunday, their son (18mos old) is "driving" the flowers.

To celebrate, we had a quiet bike ride, just the two of us, around our neighborhood. We wrapped our camera around a street sign for this picture.

My aunt Terry, whom the kids call "Xiao YeePoh", and cousin Wendy.

Fortunately, a box of belated Christmas presents from Uncle Mark and Aunt Cindy arrived the day that Xiao YeePoh took off to NYC. (Wendy left for NYC a few days prior.)

At the end of our stay with AhGong, we had dim sum. My favorites are the turnip cake and chicken feet, finishing with egg tarts. Had some new dishes (although at this point in time I can't remember what they were exactly) that were good also.
