Drew bought a wood marble shooter set when we visited Moon Marble on Saturday, and pulled it out this evening to play with. Thought trail: the idea of shooting marbles made me think of a miniature potato gun, i.e. shooting potato pellets, which made me think of the big potato gun that I once saw Mr Wizard make, which got me on the internet to read about him. Did you ever see his show on Nickelodeon? I caught some of the episodes growing up and just loved the stuff. (I'm sorely tempted to order his videos.) His little experiments/demos made the science concepts so easy to understand. Who would have thunk that he's been at it since the 50s!
