A friend of ours is thinking of walking the Camino de Santiago next spring (right, the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela), which got me to thinking about one of my favorite tasty (read: alcoholic) beverages: sangria. Ah, it's a perfect summer drink, and I'm sure great with cookouts. Drew's picking up my ingredients even now. In the meantime, I guess I'll settle for a tall glass of iced sun tea...
