I'm a Soul Man

I believe LS has free music concerts downtown every Friday evening in summer, but they really promote three themed concerts: cajun/zydeco in June, reggae in July, and blues & jazz in August. These they hold in front of city hall (as opposed to a small park a couple blocks away for the smaller concerts), which has one of those play water fountains in front of it. I wanted to hear some blues, but apparently that wasn't going to be until much later and we wanted to be there only half an hour since it was so close to bedtime.
