Crafty

There's something about autumn, more than any other time of year, that makes me want to craft. Is it because of the upcoming holidays?

I made café curtains (tutorial) for the window above the sink. I went to both Hobby Lobby and Joanns, and couldn't find the fabric of my dreams, so I settled for the above. [Update: Found some desirable curtain material at Hancocks, pictures to come.]

Made these bracelets (idea from here, but ultimately followed this tutorial), which Drew calls "friendship (bracelet) bling".

Cut out some t-shirt capes for a friend's kids. Got the felt lettering on after this picture was taken.

And while I was at it, cutting shirts, I made some of these bracelets. You'd be amazed how many you can get out of one XL men's shirt, I probably overdid it.
