A Little Snort

I call it an irritating sound: BB (purposely) snorts at the end of her laughs. And I'm learning that hers is the kind of personality (or age) that will persist – in e.g. nose picking – when they know that it annoys you. How long can a parent "ignore" such behavior without going crazy in the process?
