Describing a Noun

I'm no grammarian – I've got Grammar Girl's book on hold at the library – but I think I'm trying for an adjective here: BB's English is slowly improving – she can mimic G's English with amazing comprehension and accuracy –, but sometimes it's obvious her sentences need a little something extra. No doubt the essential bits of it are there.
