Had one of our backyard trees trimmed last week, of mostly dead branches and one or two that were hanging over the chimney. Also had the crown raised to 12 feet: no more swing. :( But the girls were absolutely fascinated (better view from the 2nd floor window, though G said at times they were too high to even see from there), the entertainment factor alone was worth the money. At the end, a cleaning crew of 3-4 other guys showed up to mulch most of the branches and completely rake the yard of the smaller stuff. Hoping the tree "cleaning" will improve sun exposure to our in-the-works new garden.
