Gingerbread Houses

Drew found these freshly-made gingerbread houses on sale at Target.

He and I decorated one house,

while G and Z decorated the other – with Twizzler bites, Jolly Rancher gummy sours, Skittles, M&Ms, Jordan almonds, and jelly beans.

(BB and M lost their privileges earlier in the week.)

G stayed with it long after everyone else lost interest, and managed to use up all the candy. Note: we took BOTH houses to someone's sledding party.

Even the baby had some candy, you can't tell, but there's a slight blueish tint to her lips and fingers. But surely, I'm the winner of the self-restraint award: I had only two pieces of candy.
